关于crs_stat -t等集群命令的查看问题

背景：
在安装11.2.0.3的asm单实例库过程中，在安装grid执行root.sh时突然断网，又刚好是远程会话连接，因此删除了grid软件开始重新安装，并且顺利成功了，现在想要通过crs_stat -t查看grid启动状态是否正常：

如上面所示：ora.diskmon和ora.ons都没能够开启，这样的状态是否正常呢？还有网上对于这块的介绍都是抄袭也比较少，哪里能够获得更详细的介绍文档来了解这一块呢？

ora.diskmon is an exadata resource, which is not used in an non-exadata environment, and the default is offline starting from 11.2.0.3

When ctssd (cluster time synchronization services daemon) detected an vendor time service is running, such as NTP, then it will run as observer mode, which means get the time from vendor time service.
这是my oracle support 社区找到的，可以排除了diskmon的不开启原因；
那么ons是干啥 的呢，这个好像没找到相关提问和详细介绍，只是说和中间件相关。
