OEM 12c Targets add dababase successfilly, but the "status" is  "Metic Collection Error"
and check database's details,
Target not Configured    EMS-01076: Unexpected error while deploying a plug-in in sync mode for emd url https://server1.example.com:3872/emd/main/: EMS-01015: Error occurred while deploying AGENT plug-in.

1. /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/agent/agent_inst/bin/emctl status agent

The agent should successfully upload XML files to the OMS:

1. /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/agent/agent_inst/bin/emctl upload agent

In addition, the dbsnmp user of the managed database should be unlock and set properly.
